Jackie has worked as a consultant and development chef for several restaurants, including Tampopo (Manchester) and East Street (London), Genesis (London), and co-wrote Mr Lee’s Noodle Cook Book with Damian Lee.

Jackie has assisted Tampopo and East Street over a ten year period, to develop their street food menu and helped create Tampopo’s Cookery School. During her work with Genesis, Jackie helped create several vegan burgers and other healthy recipes for their plant-based healthy fast food concept.
